Antibodix columns are specially designed for high resolution, high efficiency and high recovery separations of antibodies. The packing support is composed of a rigid, spherical, highly cross-linked poly(styrene divinylbenzene) (PS/DVB) non-porous bead. The non-porous resin has particle size of 1.7, 3, 5 and 10 µm. The PS/DVB resin surface is grafted with a highly hydrophilic, neutral polymer thin layer with the thickness in the range of nanometer. On the top of the hydrophilic layer, weak cation-exchange functional groups are attached via a proprietary chemistry, resulting in high capacity ion-exchange layer.

Proteomix RP packings are porous polystyrene divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) polymer resins with narrow-dispersed particle size distribution. The base matrix of the resin is made of highly cross-linked PS/DVB which functions as reversed phase for chromatographic separation. The phase structure is phenyl and substituted phenyl functional groups that enable hydrophobic interaction. These highly rigid resins are provided with the particle size selection of 5, and 10 µm. In comparison to silica based reversed phase media, Proteomix RP phases have advantages for biomolecule separations with wide pH range (1-14) and high thermal stability. Vydac TP was the first range of wide pore media phases developed and became the industry standard for peptide and protein separations. The 300 ¿TP silica gives polypeptide molecules complete access to the interior of the silica pores. Vydac TP is known for long column lifetime and negligible phase leaching. Vydac TP provides reliable protein purifications, scalable from analytical to preparative scale. Vydac 218TP and 238TP are used for small polypeptides of 4-5kDa, enzymatic digest fragments, natural and synthetic peptides and multi-ring compounds. Vydac 208TP is recommended for polypeptides of molecular weight 10-20kDa. Vydac 214TP is recommended for the analysis of glycoproteins, hemoglobin variants, histones, insulin variants and membrane proteins. Vydac 219TP is suitable for polypeptides with aromatic side chains, large hydrophobic proteins, membrane-spanning peptides, lipid peptides and fusion proteins from inclusion bodies.

Mono GPC resin is designed for high resolution separation of synthetic polymers. The porous resin is made of highly cross-linked polystyrene divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) polymer with narrow-dispersed particle distribution. The uniformed pore size distribution provides accurate linear relationship between the retention time and molecular weight during the separation. Highly cross-linked porous PS/DVB also provides excellent chemical and physical stability, so the molecular weight calibration curve and column efficiency show minimum change with different organic solvents. With large pore volume, Mono GPC resin offers high resolution for polymer separation. Mono GPC resin is available with single pore size or multi pore sizes mixture.
